Removes [vite](https://github.com/vitejs/vite/tree/HEAD/packages/vite). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [vuepress](https://github.com/vuejs/vuepress/tree/HEAD/packages/vuepress). These dependencies need to be updated together.
